New Website Many of you may know that a new website has been rumored to be in the works. After quite a bit of work the new website is now up and running. The old website was completely re-written to use a "content management system" to maintain the site. This should make it a lot easier to maintain the site as Gina can now login and post updates much like she does on Facebook. Changing a page on our old website required updating each page in the website. This was a lot of trouble considering the amount of graphics that the site uses. Consequently, the website did not get updated as often as it should have. The new site looks very similar to the old site, but it works very differently. The information is separated from the code needed to display the information. This means that the person updating the website no longer needs to know how to program HTML code or create the graphics needed to make the site work. What this all boils down to, is that Gina can now login and update the website just as easy as a Facebook post. Bottom line, fresh content. If you follow Gina on Facebook, you already know what I mean. Gina's on there just about every day. I hope you all enjoy the results. Should a problem arise with the new system or you are looking for something that was on the old site, you can still access the old site by going to: http://site.heavenlyhorsehaven.org/index.html Thank you all so much, Mike Hitchcock Heavenly Horse Haven
